This pleasant holiday home is ideal for families, with all the comforts you need for a your holiday. La Bastide Des Cigales’ location allows you to drive easily to Aix-en-Provence, the beaches and the Alpilles, the best ways to explore the beauty of Provence is from Rognes.

Set between the Pays d’Aix en Provence and the beautiful villages of the Luberon, La Bastide Des Cigales is a pleasant “bastide” on the Provence wine route and very close to Château Lacoste. It accommodates up to 10 people. It’s in close proximity to La Roque d’Anthéron, where an internationally renowned piano festival is held every year, and 40 minutes from the calanques, with the Pont Royal golf course nearby.

Welcome home
Through the entrance hall you’ll find the living room with fireplace, a large corner sofa, flat-screen TV, library and direct access to the outside via its bay window.

The dining room includes a dining table and a charming French ceiling. There is a separate WC on this floor.

La Bastide Des Cigales has a fully equipped kitchen with Lacanche cooker, double sink, fridge, microwave, fireplace, TV, dining table for 6/8 people. There is direct access to a shaded terrace with dining area seating 12.

In the adjacent laundry room there is an additional fridge and the washing machine.

On the ground floor you will also find a WC and two bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: 160x200cm bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, private shower room (shower, washbasin, integrated WC). Access to private terrace
• Bedroom 2: 160×200 bed, wardrobes, private shower room (shower, washbasin).

Heading upstairs

Relax in a study area on the landing or have sweet dreams in one of the three bedrooms on this floor.

• Bedroom 3: ideally a children’s bedroom with 2 single beds, chest of drawers
• Bedroom 4: 160x200cm bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, lovely view of the swimming pool. Bathroom with shower, bath, double washbasin, integrated WC
• Bedroom 5 : One 160X200 bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, nice view. Shower room with washbasin and a separate WC

Outdoors

The shady covered terrace is very pleasant with its nice views over the landscaped garden.  It features comfortable garden furniture and a plancha-style BBQ.

The property is set in 1.3 hectares with trees and landscaping, partially enclosed. There is secure parking in front of the house.

The salt-chlorinated swimming pool is 15 m x 4.5 m and is secured with an automatic cover. The pool is located below the house and is accessed by wide steps. It is surrounded by greenery and there are 10 deckchairs.

A shaded area borders the pool, with a pleasant lounge area for sharing peaceful moments. As a bonus, a trampoline and swing are installed to entertain your children.
