The traditional exterior of Mas du Lys Blanc belies its modern interior. The ground floor is air-conditioned but is also a cosy and inviting space in winter. The large living room has a typical French wood-beamed ceiling an original fireplace, surrounded by comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.

There is also space allocated as a library and reading area, with an extensive collection of books to delve into at leisure.

The kitchen has a central island with high stools, flat-screen TV and Sonos speaker, making it a very convivial space. The decor is sleek and modern, and keen chefs will be happy with the induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, oven, Nespresso machine, storage and other kitchen accessories.

The kitchen opens out onto a dining area, which has an interesting acacia dining table that seats 8 comfortably. Also on this floor you’ll find a laundry room and separate WC.

An electric blackout blind and exterior shutters provide insulation in winter and help keep the property cool in summer.

Upstairs sleeping area

Upstairs at Mas du Lys Blanc you’ll find 4 bedrooms. Three are accessed via an old stone staircase, while the fourth can be reached from a wrought iron staircase in the dining area.

Bedroom 1 (140x200cm bed) and bedroom 2 (160x200cm bed), which both have mosquito nets and fans, share a shower room.
Bedroom 3, which could be considered the master bedroom, has a 160x200cm bed, mosquito nets and a fan. The adjacent family bathroom has a bathtub, WC and a bidet.
Bedroom 4 (accessible by the wrought iron staircase) has four single beds (each 90x190cm) and is ideal as a dormitory room for children. It is served by a bathroom with shower and WC.

The exterior

The grounds of Mas du Lys Blanc extend over 2,400m² and the property is partially enclosed. It has a landscaped green space planted with olive trees, cypress trees, vines, and a garden of aromatic herbs.

There are two terraces The first is covered and has comfortable armchairs facing the swimming pool, ideal for your aperitifs. The second is to the side of the property and benefits from plenty of shade. It has a table for 8-10 people, a plancha, sofa, armchairs and 2 wooden occasional tables.

The swimming pool, which is 14x4m with a flat depth of 1.4m, is definitely a feature of this property. It is salt-chlorinated and secured by an automatic shutter. There are plenty of deckchairs at your disposal around the pool.

A pool house is equipped with a fridge and glasses, offering easy access to cooling refreshments pool-side or in the garden. There is also a ping pong table and other outdoor games such as balls, badminton, and pétanque balls are available.

There is parking for up to 6 cars on the property.
